Lately I been suffering acid reflux for a while but it is not severe yet. The thing that bothered me the most is at night when I had a glass of wine before I lay down. I stopped to drink wine before I sleep now, there was a time I had acid overflow and my throat got burn and swollen.
I knew this has to do with stress; I just accepted a project for my previous client and working an extra shift at night. Physically, I can handle it with no problem, but stress from the day job and nigh job both add up. I have to change my diet and hopefully I can recover soon.

Cut down on only 1 cup of coffee a day
Cut down on wine
Cut down on soda and candy
Stop smoking
And finally I need to find a better way to release my stress.
